Franklin Transition Program

The Franklin Transition Program at Franklin High School is a full-day school program for students, grades 9 - 12, with moderate cognitive impairments. The curriculum is based upon the Michigan Core Standards and is adapted and modified to meet the unique educational needs of the students enrolled in the program.
