The Livonia Transition Program           

The Livonia Transition Program is designed to provide students with a post secondary experience which is meaningful and appropriate for each student.  A priority is placed upon daily living and work skills. 

Mission Statement  

Our mission is to provide post-secondary students with learning opportunities in which to acquire life and employability skills necessary to be productive participants in our community.
